   • Designed, built and operated the entire product—from data model to deployment—as a solo engineer.
   • Shipped a release-readiness workspace that assembles coverage, execution, defect and risk evidence into a Go/No-Go scorecard.
   • Built a natural-language query engine over project records as a deterministic query layer with an AI layer above it, metered per request against server-side data.
   • Grounded AI answers and generated test cases in customers’ own specifications with a hybrid-search retrieval layer over Qdrant, scoped so no caller can widen a tenant filter.
   • Opened a read-only MCP surface for AI clients on the same middleware chain, with permissions checked per tool and its own OAuth 2.1 authorization server.
   • Designed a role- and permission-driven access model spanning workspace, project and system-role scopes, enforced in middleware that fails closed on any undeclared route.
   • Replaced a Redis/RQ job broker with a Mongo-backed queue drained in-process across every autoscaled API replica, arbitrated by a leased distributed lock.
   • Published a second API surface for automation, authenticated by workspace- and project-scoped service accounts on the same middleware chain as the app.
   • Integrated automated test runs with Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, importing external build reports as first-class test runs.
   • Shipped plans, seat accounting and billing periods, with an over-limit policy that refuses growth without ever revoking access to existing work.
