I've been in software for about eleven years. The first six were in test automation at TCS, Cognizant and MCS Solutions, building Selenium frameworks and working out why things broke in test and in production. Since 2021 I've been an engineer at Deepen AI, building Python backends and the AI features on top of them.

Outside work I build products on my own. Hawzu is test management, and draws on both halves: the testing years and the backend years. More recently I built Snoowl Audit, which checks what a company's support chatbot tells customers against its docs, and Snoowl Answers, a support assistant that only answers from those docs.
